We did experience an unexpected issue that was completely outside of their control—the flooring supplier sent the wrong vinyl. After about half of the floor had been installed, I noticed the mistake and let them know. Their response is what truly earned this 5-star review. They didn’t make excuses or shift blame. Instead, they immediately sprang into action, clearly explained our options, and offered either a discount or a full replacement with the correct flooring. We chose to have it replaced, and they had the correct flooring delivered in just five days. They then removed the incorrect flooring and completed the entire installation within two days. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question quickly, and made sure we were completely satisfied. Their craftsmanship is beautiful, but what stood out even more was their customer service. It’s easy to provide great service when everything goes perfectly—it’s how a company handles unexpected problems that really shows its character.
